Troubleshooting Your Walla Account
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR WALLA ACCOUNT:

Check your email for an email from TriCore Fitness.

The FROM email address will be automation@hellowalla.com

Remember to check your spam folders, too!

Click the link in the email to create your Walla login credentials.

This will include a new password.

Digitally sign our new waiver.

Within 24 hours of your login being activated, all active memberships and/or packages will be in your account details. Please let us know if something is missing from your account details after 24 hours!
TROUBLE ACCESSING YOUR WALLA LOGIN AND ACCOUNT:

Go to the TriCore Class Schedule.

Select Log In to access your account details.​

Choose "Forgot your password?" link.

Enter the email address associated with your account.

You will receive an email with the reset password instructions

Please note, if you request and receive multiple reset emails, use the most recent email.

If the email you entered is not found or cannot be associated with an account, please contact us.

RESET PASSWORD LINK DOESN'T WORK

To request a new password link, please visit our TriCore Class Schedule and select "Forgot your password?" on the login screen via the class schedule page

ACCOUNT LINK + LOGIN IS INVALID

If you have received an invite from your studio—and Walla—to create your new account, but the link or email is invalid:

Go to TriCore Class Schedule.

Select "Log In" to access your account details.

Choose "Forgot your password?"

Enter the email address associated with your account
